Possible text for representatives or Department of Justice:

Multiple reports are now coming out of Nevada, that Judge Gloria Navarro is denying several individuals their right to bail, their right to prepare a defense for themselves, and even the right to defend themselves where they are prepared.  (The trial(s) are commonly referred to as Bunkerville or Bundy trial.)  Judge Gloria Navarro may be in collusion with agents from the BLM, the FBI, and possibly the Department of Justice itself.  These unconstitutional abuses include denying the right of defendants to call witnesses, present evidence, and even prevent arguments that would show their innocence.   In addition, Judge Gloria Navarro is reported to have been in collusion with the prosecution to intimidate and threaten defendants’ witnesses as well as assisting the prosecution in covering up evidence that would benefit the defendants.   In short, a kangaroo court.  Such gross carriages of injustice should not be tolerated in this country.

Impeach Judge Derrick Watson

Please call or email you representative and demand the impeachment of Judge Derrick Watson.

1. Whereas the impeachment of judges originates in the House of Representatives,
2. Whereas, the Constitution, Article III, Section 1, states that: “The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour…”

• Whereas, the Constitution and subsequent law clearly give the President the authority to issue immigration restrictions for the protection of the American people and not the judicial branch,

1. Whereas Judge Derrick Watson has unconstitutionally used his authority to unconstitutionally to issue a stay President Trump’s Executive Order No. 13,780,
2. Whereas Judge Derrick Watson used his personal opinion of President Trump’s motives and not the rule of law,
3. Whereas Judge Derrick Watson used his personal option of what he thinks should be instead of what the law and the Constitution are,

• Whereas Judge Derrick Watson is rumored to have met with former President Obama, thus calling into judgement his impartiality,
• Whereas Judge Derrick Watson has sided with a Sharia believing plaintiff and therefore may be found to be aiding and abetting enemies of America, I.E. Judge Derrick Watson may be guilty of treason,

1. Whereas Judge Derrick Watson has acted in reckless disregard for the safety of American citizens,
2. Whereas Judge Derrick Watson, in his actions, has threatened the very fabric of our Constitution in trying to take constitutional power from a duly elected President and transfer it to the judicial branch,
3. Whereas Judge Derrick Watson has not acted in good Behaviour and has therefore forfeited his right to be a federal judge,

I, your constituent, implore you to do whatever is necessary to bring impeachment proceedings against Judge Derrick Watson.
